Redstone Commodity Search are working with a European, international energy products trading company who are looking for a specialist in dealing with sales and purchase invoices to join their team in Hamburg. Key Responsibilities / Tasks Issue sales invoices and review and process purchase invoices Maintain ledger entries regarding accounts payable and receivable Reconciling financial records and supporting reconciliation activities Ensuring adherence to regulatory and company guidelines Role reports to the Head of Operations Key Qualifications / Experience Prior experience in accounts, administration, and/or office support roles Prior experience working directly processing sales and purchase invoices essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and numerical capability Strong Microsoft Office skills Role is to be located in Hamburg
