Your responsibilities include: Understanding Client Needs: Gain a deep understanding of our clients' requirements and identify relevant experts to meet those needs.
Expert Sourcing and Onboarding: Source and onboard experts for specific projects, ensuring their engagement for future opportunities. Communication and Outreach
Skills
Develop both internal and external communication and outreach skills, including cold calls, emails, and more. Adaptability: Adapt quickly to the fast-paced nature of our client-driven environment, where speed is a critical success factor.
Client Excellence: Ensure an exceptional client experience by providing accurate expert recommendations and taking a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Process Expertise: Grasp Atheneum's core client delivery process and apply it effectively in your everyday work.

Fluency in English, as well as in at least one of the following languages -Swedish or Danish- is required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred 0-3 years of relevant work experience; experience in sales, recruitment or other KPI driven roles is a plus General understanding of business concepts Result oriented, self-driven, and highly motivated to succeed
