Backend Development (m/f/d)
Salary: €60,000 – €85,000

Your Profile:

• You have excellent written and spoken German skills (native speaker or bilingual).
  You have no problem coming into the office twice a week.
• Solid experience in backend development with Node.js.
• Experience with Fastiy or a comparable HTTP framework.
• Proficiency with TypeORM as an ORM.
• Experience with dependency injection, ideally with Awilix.
• Practical experience with test-driven development (TDD), preferably with Tap.
• Several years of experience developing scalable backend services within a microservices architecture.
• Experience working with relational database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Understanding of clean code and software design principles.
• Familiarity with agile and traditional development methods.
• Strong commitment to quality and team spirit.
• Focus on quality, performance, and maintainability when implementing requirements.
• Proactive improvement of development processes and technical infrastructure through the use of modern technologies.

Your Responsibilities:

• Development and enhancement of modern, scalable backend services in a microservices architecture.
• Implementation of requirements with a focus on quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Application of agile and traditional development methods within the team.
• Planning, implementing, and automating test scenarios (TDD).
• Documenting code, architecture, and workflows.
• Analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving bugs.
• Continuous improvement of our development processes and technical infrastructure through the use of modern technologies.
