What You'll Do 1.Network Expansion: Identify, pitch, and secure new APM/PUDO locations (retail chains, independents, landlords, municipalities).
Own the pipeline from lead to signed agreement and launch. 2.Manage deployment/launch: Coordinate surveys, permits, power/connectivity, installation, and go-live. Right-size capacity and opening hours to local demand. 3.Partner relationships: Be the primary contact for hosts/retail partners.
Hold regular reviews, align on footfall/marketing, and negotiate renewals, incentives, and improvements. 4.Commercial ownership: Build cases for new sites, negotiate commercial terms, and track site-level P L (cost per parcel, rent/rebates, ROI).
5.Operations Manage parcel flow statuses: Monitor end-to-end parcel flow. Run the network day-to-day: Track availability/uptime, utilization, dwell time, and success rate. 6.Work with Delivery/Ops: Partner closely with the delivery team to ensure strong operational performance and smooth first-mile/last-mile handoffs.
7.Process improvement: Identify bottlenecks and continuously improve operational processes, SOPs, and tooling. About You 3+ years experience in business development Experience in Out-of-Home networks (APM/PUDO) is a strong plus Strong negotiation skills and stakeholder management Positive attitude with a can-do mentality; proactive problem-solver Data-driven and analytical, comfortable with spreadsheets/BI dashboards 6.Real team player, yet able to work independently and own outcomes end-to-end 7.
