Business Lawyer / Wirtschaftsjurist | Hamburg Our client, an international renewable energy company, is seeking a Business Lawyer to manage corporate housekeeping across its group entities. The role covers governance meeting support, resolution documentation, corporate structural measures, and officer and mandate management, working closely with the Head of Legal, Finance, auditors and notarial offices.
The role
Prepare and support shareholder and board meetings, including minute-taking, and manage KYC requests. Draft and document resolutions, maintaining up-to-date corporate documentation and shareholding overviews. Manage corporate structural measures, such as mergers and conversions, through to legal effectiveness.
Manage register and notarial processes and drive digitalisation of corporate housekeeping, including legal tech and AI tools.
What you'll need
Several years' experience in corporate housekeeping, with sound knowledge of corporate law. Confidence in formal governance processes and working with notarial offices. Strong corporate law expertise, ideally including restructurings, mergers or shareholding management.
A structured, reliable working style suited to complex, documentation-heavy work. Strong communication skills across hierarchy levels and close coordination with senior legal stakeholders. Openness to digitalisation, legal tech and AI-supported working methods.
