For over 15 years, the marketwing GROUP, a direct marketing service provider with approximately 100 employees, has successfully handled communications and fundraising for nonprofit organizations and charitable groups, allowing them to focus on their charitable work.

We are expanding our motivated, cheerful fundraising team in Hanover/Garbsen and are looking for a C# / .NET 10 / ASP.NET Core Software Developer (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

With us, you’ll work on a comprehensive web application for organizations in the fundraising and nonprofit sectors.

Our software supports key processes related to donor, address, campaign, and transaction data, and connects line-of-business applications with data processing, reporting, and external interfaces.

Technically, we rely on a modern architecture based on ASP.NET Core and .NET 10, and we’re constantly expanding the system with new features and integrations. You’ll enjoy a varied role working across front-end, back-end, databases, and APIs.

Your Responsibilities

• Development of modern front-end and back-end features using C# and .NET 10 / ASP.NET Core.
• Design and customization of database structures and data-intensive processes based on Microsoft SQL Server.
• Development, integration, and maintenance of web APIs and external interfaces.
• Further development and integration of existing application components.
• Independent implementation of customer requirements—from concept to delivery.
• Testing, documentation, and continuous optimization of existing code structures.

Your Profile

Degree? Yes, but not required: Whether you have an IT specialist apprenticeship, a degree in computer science, or are a career changer with experience—what matters to us is what you can do.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET, as well as experience with ASP.NET Core
• Experience with relational databases and SQL, preferably Microsoft SQL Server / T-SQL
• Experience with the MVC pattern and the development of data-driven web applications
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with Git and modern version control
• Very good German and good English skills

Nice-to-have (but not required):

• Experience with Entity Framework Core
• Experience with REST APIs and the integration of external systems
• Experience with ASP.NET MVC / .NET Framework and the modernization of existing applications
