Change and Communication Manager Transform360 Program (w/m/d)

Responsibilities / TasksAs a Change & Communication Manager (w/m/d), you will play a key role in ensuring stakeholder engagement, effective communication, and successful adoption of change across the organization. Working closely with business leaders, project teams, and global stakeholders, you will translate transformation goals into impactful change and communication initiatives.

This role combines strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and strong stakeholder management in a dynamic international environment. Develop and drive tailored change management approaches to support divisional transformation initiativesConduct stakeholder and change impact analyses to shape and continuously optimize change strategiesPartner with global and local stakeholders to align change and communication activities across initiativesMonitor the effectiveness of change and communication measures and drive continuous improvementPlan and deliver internal communication activities that foster transparency, engagement, and understandingAdvise and support leaders in communicating organizational changes and transformation initiatives effectivelyPrepare management-ready materials and support Steering Committee and governance meetingsTrack project progress and provide regular updates on status, risks, dependencies, and key achievementsPlan and facilitate workshops, events, and meetings that support transformation objectives and stakeholder engagementCoordinate key project activities, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration with project teams, PMO, and central functionsYour Profile / QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of professional experience in change managementProject management experience, as well as expertise in process and interface management (e.g., resource planning, project tracking); experience with Jira and Microsoft 365 is an advantageExtensive knowledge of change management processes within international corporate environments and complex organizational structuresExperience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, ideally within the machinery and plant engineering industryProven experience in developing and implementing communication strategies as well as target group-specific communication measuresExperience in stakeholder engagement, leadership communication, and the development of transformation narratives and key messagesFluent German and English language skills, both written and spokenStrong organizational and communication skills, combined with a structured and proactive way of workingWillingness to travel occasionallyWhat we offer:Work in a supportive, appreciative, and international teamA modern work environment with flexible work options to ensure a healthy work-life balanceA wide range of personal and professional training and development opportunities to support your careerCompany pension scheme and accident insurance30 vacation days per year plus December 24th & 31st offEmployee benefits such as discounts on gym memberships, language courses, etc.
