What you´ll be working on in our LAB Team for Fluids:\ N

Youperform a variety of laboratory activities, including organic synthesis, sample preparation, chemical analysis, and equipment maintenance.\ N You collaborate closelywith scientists to support the development of new silicone products and processes.\ N You document experimental results and maintain accurate laboratory records.\ N You contribute to the preparation of presentations and technical reports for internal and external audiences.\ N You support the development and continuous improvement of a robust quality management system tailored to a regulated R&D environment, including documentation, maintenance plans, and related processes.\ N You ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.\ N You actively contributeto the growth and evolution of our R&D Center, helping us address future challenges and opportunities.\ N

\ NWhat you´re good at\ N

Youhave completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician (Chemielaborant/in), Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA), or a comparable qualification.\ N You bring 1-3 years of experience working in a laboratory environment.\ N You have solid knowledge of silicone chemistry and/or organic chemistry.\ N You are business‑fluentin both English and German.\ N You are confident in working with analytical instruments and laboratory equipment.\ N You have strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.\ N You pay close attentionto detail and take pride in delivering accurate results.\ N You are committed to quality, continuous improvement, and best laboratory practices.\ N You handle returns and challenges in a structured and calm way.\ N You work in a quality-driven way and stick to high standards.\ N You’re not afraid to tackle issues independently but know when to involve others.\ N You feel comfortable working in an intercultural environment and are open to Japanese business culture.\ N You are motivated, curious, and eager to continuously learn and grow—both professionally and personally.\ N
