Commercial Project Manager | Heidenheim We are working with a business in the EPC sector to find an experienced Commercial Project Manager. This role sits within a specialist function supporting large-scale international projects, with a focus on commercial oversight and claims management.
It suits someone who has built deep expertise in EPC contracts and wants to apply that knowledge to significant, complex projects.
The role
→ Take commercial responsibility for EPC projects with a total value of €100m+. → Manage projects across multiple international markets. → Oversee claims management processes throughout the project lifecycle. → Handle commercial aspects of EPC contracts, including negotiation and risk management. → Provide financial and commercial controlling for assigned projects. → Work closely with project execution teams to align commercial and delivery objectives.
What you'll need
→ Proven experience as a Commercial Project Manager within the EPC sector. → Strong knowledge of commercial topics, claims management, and EPC contract structures. → A track record of managing large-scale international projects. → Confidence operating in a fast-paced, contract-heavy environment. → Fluency in English; additional languages an advantage depending on project location. → At least 5 years experience with project management.
