Freelance | Construction Project Manager | Frankfurt | EPC | Data Centre Project Location: Frankfurt, Germany Contract Type: Freelance / Contract Duration: 12 months (possible extensions) Start Date: ASAP Industry: Data Centres / Mission Critical Infrastructure Languages: English (essential) German (preferred) Overview We are seeking an experienced Freelance Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale EPC Data Centre project in Frankfurt.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery is achieved safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and key milestones.
Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, HSE, quality, and commissioning teams. Ensure compliance with project specifications, German regulations, and industry standards. Monitor project performance, risks, costs, and change management activities.
Manage relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors. Required Experience Proven track record delivering large-scale EPC construction projects. Strong experience within complex infrastructure projects.
Experience managing projects exceeding €50M in value. Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams in fast-paced environments.
