Explore your tasks and responsibilitiesConstruction management of high-tech industrial projects with a focus on mechanical installations (building services engineering)Ensuring that construction projects are executed on schedule and meet high-quality standardsCoordination and supervision of subcontractors, as well as providing an overall overview of on-site activitiesDocumenting construction progress and reporting to the construction management teamEnsuring compliance with EHS regulationsAttending site inspections, acceptance inspections, and coordination meetingsRecording defects and tracking their resolutionPreparing measurements and reviewing documentation submitted by subcontractorsShow your expertiseRelevant technical qualification in construction (e.g., Master Craftsman / Technician) or an entry-level candidate with an engineering degreeIdeally, some experience in construction supervision, preferably in mechanical tradesBasic knowledge of building codes, local regulations, and standards is an advantageWillingness to travel within the D-A-CH region and stay on-site for five-day project assignmentsIntercultural competence, team spirit, and an independent working styleProficiency in German, both written and spoken, for effective communication with German-speaking staff and authoritiesA valid German driver’s license (Class B)What we offerInternational Project Environment: Work in an international environment on complex large-scale projects for the pharmaceutical, semiconductor, and data center industries, helping to shape the technologies of tomorrow.
