Content Moderation Specialist (German + English)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site) Start Date: 30 April 2026 Work Schedule: - 24/7 operation, Monday to Sunday (rotative shifts) - Rotational Shifts:

• 07:00 – 16:00
• 14:00 – 23:00
• 22:30 – 07:30 - Days Off: 2 rotational days per week

Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and local market standards.
• Apply rational decision-making and strong communication skills to handle sensitive content.
• Provide empathetic and professional responses to customer inquiries.
• Manage high-volume queues, especially during promotional seasons.
• Collaborate with colleagues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold platform integrity.

Requirements
