Requirements:
- Relevant professional or project experience in data centers, IT infrastructure, telecommunications, critical facilities, or other technical environments is preferred
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and hands-on execution skills
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site, mission-critical environment
- Strong ownership and operational discipline
- Educational background is flexible; relevant practical experience is highly valued
- Fluent Mandarin Chinese, as Chinese will be used for daily work communication
- Working proficiency in English
- German language skills are an advantage
- Valid authorization to work in Germany
- Willingness to work on-site and support multiple data center locations when required
- A valid driving licence is an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Daily operation and maintenance of data center systems and infrastructure
- System monitoring and alert handling
- Incident response, troubleshooting, and problem resolution
- Server and GPU server hardware support
- Network and infrastructure maintenance
- Linux system support
- Multi-site operational coordination
- Critical facility operations and infrastructure monitoring
- Operational documentation, reporting, and process improvement
- Deployment and delivery of data center IT infrastructure
- Server and network equipment installation
- Rack-and-stack, equipment removal, replacement, and migration
- GPU server and AI infrastructure deployment
- Data center relocation and IT infrastructure migration
- Structured cabling, fiber and copper connections, patching, labeling, and cable management
- Hardware inspection and troubleshooting during deployment
- Site surveys and deployment preparation
- Coordination with customers, vendors, contractors, and data center site teams
- Project progress, equipment status, and delivery milestone tracking
- Testing, acceptance, handover, and project closure
- Project documentation and asset information management
