Job DescriptionData Protection Lawyer | Munich\ N Our client is seeking a qualified lawyer to strengthen its data protection function, with a focus on connected vehicle technology, new digital products and complex data flows across a large, service-oriented organisation.
This is a role with genuine strategic input rather than routine advisory work.\ N Therole:\ N → Advise business units across the organisation on all data protection matters.\ N→ Assess new digital products from a legal standpoint and review data flows in connected vehicles.\ N→ Develop the data protection strategy further, and draft standards, template contracts and declarations.\ N→ Work closely with the Data Protection Officer, the Chief Digital Officer and data protection coordinators across departments.\ N
What you'll need
\ N → Fully qualified lawyer (both German state examinations).\ N→ At least 2 years' experience as a lawyer or in-house counsel specialising in data protection, in a law firm or a company.\ N→ Strong communicator with an interest in technology and cross-functional work.\ N→ Proactive, comfortable with new subject areas, and able to solve problems independently.\ N Howto apply:\ N Interested?
