Location: Berlin, Germany Work Model: On-Site Start Date: 31 January 26 or 28 February 2026 Compensation Base Salary: competitive Performance Bonus: Up to €687.50 Language Bonus: €300 Role Overview As a Dutch-Speaking Sales Representative , you will engage with existing and potential clients, identify sales opportunities, and promote advertising and business solutions.
This role requires a strong sales mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work fully on-site in Berlin. Key Requirements (Mandatory) Dutch: Minimum C1 level English: Minimum B2 level Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Sales Marketing experience is a plus Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills Ability to work on-site in Berlin Relocation Policy Relocation support available: Up to €1,500 for candidates relocating from outside Germany Up to €700 for candidates relocating within Germany Minimum distance requirement: 100 km from Berlin Relocation support depends on current location Work Authorization (Strict – No Exceptions) Student visas are NOT accepted Accepted documents only: EU Citizenship Fiktionsbescheinigung Aufenthaltstitel Niederlassungserlaubnis ️ Erwerbstätigkeit (permission to work) must be explicitly allowed Ideal Candidate Profile Already based in Berlin or able to relocate quickly Proven sales-driven mindset Comfortable working in a fully on-site environment Long-term availability with stable work authorization in Germany
