Responsibilities
\ N Monitor and analyse EU and Member State regulatory requirements (including market access and operational compliance). Maintain proactive communication with local regulatory authorities and industry associations. Regularly issue regulatory risk assessment reports and response strategies to ensure full‐lifecycle compliance of products with applicable technical regulations and standards in the EU market.\ N Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company's compliance framework, embedding compliance requirements into business processes.\ N Coordinate and support the fulfilment of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations for packaging, batteries, and other applicable product categories, including registration, reporting, audits, and liaison with Producer Responsibility Organisations (PROs) and regulatory authorities.\ N Manage CBAM and F‐gas account registration and qualification maintenance.
Establish a cross‐border data authorisation and sharing channel between China and the EU. Complete annual data collection and submission for CBAM, F‐gas and other required reporting.\ N Perform data entry, validation and routine maintenance in compliance‐related systems.
Regularly review data integrity and logical consistency to ensure accuracy, traceability and timeliness.\ N Manage the appointment,maintenance and communication with EU Authorised Representatives, ensuring that they effectively fulfil statutory obligations such as compliance document retention and liaison with regulatory authorities.\ N Lead the handling of compliance incidents, including regulatory inspections, non‐conformities, product quality complaints and other emergency compliance matters.
Establish a regular compliance information sharing mechanism with HQ Legal, the Central Research Institute, and R&D teams of various business units.\ N
Requirements
\ N Hold a valid workpermit / legal right to work in the EU.\ N Proven experience in compliance roles within the automotive, construction machinery, or related industrial product sectors.\ N Chinese speaker (local Chinese or Chinese‐speaking EU resident preferred), with professional fluency in English (additional EU language is a plus).\ N
