EV-Delivery Operations Manager-Germany

Your Job Lead end-to-end vehicle operations in Germany, from customer order readiness through to successful vehicle handover. Own and manage local market KPIs, performance targets and operational improvement plans. Analyze, develop and improve processes across logistics, vehicle registration, fleet management, finance-related workflows, delivery, documentation and other local operations.
Ensure strong vehicle readiness and customer readiness by aligning local teams, partners and support functions. Improve pre-delivery activities, reduce vehicle dwell time, minimize yield loss and increase operational speed.
Build strong working relationships with Sales, Delivery, Service, Finance, Customer Operations, European HQ and external partners. Lead, coach and develop the local Operations team as the German market scales. Support the setup and continuous improvement of delivery centers, agency partners and dealer-related operational processes.
Work with the Country Lead, Regional Lead and European HQ to define the best operating strategy for market growth and future business needs. Your Profile Strong operations leadership experience, ideally in automotive, EV, retail, logistics, mobility or a fast-scaling customer operations environment.
Proven ability to lead teams, deliver targets and build an inclusive, high-performance team culture. Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly understand complex processes, workflows and operational dependencies. Experience improving processes across delivery, logistics, vehicle registration, fleet operations, finance-related workflows or documentation.
Ability to translate insights, KPIs and operational issues into practical improvement actions. Strong combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Excellent prioritization, project management and change management skills.
Clear, respectful and effective communication across teams, partners and senior stakeholders. Fluent English and German; valid driver's license required.
