Manager – Business Intelligence, Power BI & Microsoft Fabric Salary: 80k-110k (Depending on experience) Location: Anywhere in Germany Language: Fluent German required Our client are seeking an experienced Manager with a strong BI consulting background to lead client engagements and grow a Microsoft Data and Analytics practice, with a particular focus on Microsoft Fabric.
The position combines technical understanding, project leadership, client advisory and business development. Key Responsibilities Lead complex Power BI and Microsoft Fabric consulting projects from strategy through to delivery Advise clients on BI strategy, data architecture, semantic modelling and enterprise reporting Shape modern data platforms using Microsoft Fabric, including OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Factory and Power BI Oversee the development of scalable semantic models, dashboards and reporting solutions Manage cross-functional consulting teams and senior client stakeholders Identify new opportunities, lead presales activities and sell consulting projects Requirements At least 5+ years of experience in BI, Data and Analytics or EPM consulting Strong expertise in Power BI and a good understanding of Microsoft Fabric Experience leading BI transformation and implementation projects Proven leadership, project management and stakeholder-management skills Experience in presales, project acquisition and new business development Strong commercial awareness and the ability to build trusted client relationships Fluent German and strong English-language skills
