Facilities Manager

We're looking for a Facilities Manager to lead workplace operations at our Frankfurt office. You'll create a safe, efficient, and engaging work environment while overseeing facilities, workplace services, vendors, and the local Workplace team.

This role partners closely with Operations, IT, Security, and business leaders to support a high-performing workplace. What You'll Do Lead workplace and facilities operations for the Frankfurt site. Build, manage, and develop the local Workplace team.

Manage workplace vendors, contracts, and service delivery. Oversee preventive maintenance and ensure high facility standards. Manage office services, including mail, supplies, catering, meeting spaces, and employee support.

Serve as the primary onsite contact for employees, visitors, and candidates. Partner with Operations, IT, and Security on workplace improvement projects. Lead health, safety, and workplace compliance initiatives. Coordinate facilities equipment and vendor performance.

Manage workplace requests through the ticketing system and ensure timely resolution. Promote company policies and a positive workplace culture. What You'll Bring 5+ years of leadership experience, including 3+ years in Corporate Workplace or Facilities Management.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Fluent German and English. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience leading teams, managing vendors, and driving operational improvements. Excellent organizational and project management abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Collaborative, proactive, and customer-focused approach. Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, or similar collaboration tools is a plus.
