Com/founding-partner-program/) is an opportunity for you to launch and grow your own consulting office while being supported by DWDG's name and track record, expert network, consulting team, processes and tools.\ N1. Phase 1 (Year 1) - Part-time Freelance Partner\ N Join an international cohort of 5–10 Founding Partners, sharing tips, insights, and opportunities.\ N Build and grow your ownclient pipeline in energy, mobility, circular economy, construction, and decarbonization.\ N Sell and deliver high-impact consulting projects with the support of DWDG's senior experts and consulting staff.\ N Target €500K revenue inYear 1 to demonstrate traction.\ N
2. Phase 2 (Year 2and onwards) - Full-time Partner of DWDG\ N Officially becomefull-time Partner of DWDG and head of your DWDG subsidiary in your city.\ N Receive up to 30% equity options when the subsidiary is established in your city.\ N Reach long-term upside with potential valuation up to €1M.\ N Profile Weare looking for candidates currently in freelance, with:\ N Minimum 4 years in strategy consulting (MBB, RB, OW) and 3+ years in sales, entrepreneurship, or business development, with proven ability to convince clients and build teams.\ N Relevant expertise in our focus areas (mobility, energy, circular economy, construction, decarbonation) is a strong plus.\ N At least 5 years livingin one of our target cities (London, Milan, New York, Shanghai, Nairobi, Dubai, etc.) with a strong local network.\ N Entrepreneurial and aligned with DWDG's values and philosophy.\ N Ready to start immediately (full-time not required).\ N What we offer \ N A unique entrepreneurial journey with variable salary in Year 1, fixed and variable salary in Year 2 and equity\ N Possibility to continueother part-time activities in parallel during the first year.\ N Access to DWDG's expertnetworks, consulting team, and international community.\ N Administrative, legal, HR, and communication support from our Paris team.\ N Coaching and guidance from our founder and senior partners from top-tier consulting firms.\ N The chance to join an international cohort of highly motivated, talented professionals seeking impact\ N Remuneration & risk\ N First 12 month isbased on variable, 30%-75% of the project value, depending on the use of DWDG resources\ N To make it work, you need spend minimum of 25% of your time to the program, and you can keep your other activities as long as there is no conflict of interest\ N Apply Findmore information: dowelldogood.
