Requirements:
- At least 3 years of hands-on software development experience; a degree, MBO/HBO qualification, or self-taught background is welcome
- Solid practical experience with Java and Angular
- Willingness to work with C#, VB.NET/VBA, and SQL
- Clear communication skills, enjoyment of teamwork, and interest in understanding the reasons behind customer requests
- A quality mindset, including testing and writing clean, documented code
- Dutch at C1 level and good English
- Interest in AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Claude, or Cursor; experience is a plus
- Helpful additional experience: Microsoft Graph API, SharePoint, or Power Platform; ERP, DMS, or CRM systems; or business processes
- German is a bonus, not a requirement
Responsibilities:
- Develop our document management system and further develop our Gilde and Moser ERP platforms
- Design and implement APIs and connectors between our ERP, DMS, and third-party tools, such as Microsoft 365/Graph API and SharePoint
- Write tests, review code, document development work, and help improve software quality
- Join customer conversations when needed, turn real-world problems into practical solutions, and coordinate with Product, Consulting, Sales, and Service
- Collaborate with development teams across the Craftview Group on shared components and solutions
- Help bring AI-assisted development and AI features in our products into everyday work

We are hiring a Full-Stack Developer (Java/Angular) for a full-time, permanent role, with a start as soon as possible. The role is hybrid and flexible within the Netherlands or Germany, with work from Duiven or Würselen near Aachen when distance allows; the posting describes working from the office around one day per week and also asks whether candidates can attend either location 2–4 times per month.
