Job Title: German Customer Service Representative – Greece (Work From Home or Relocation Support Offered) Location: Greece – Remote work possible, relocation support provided Job Description: We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Greece.
You will provide support to customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring high-quality service and effective problem resolution.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries in German (and occasionally in English) Provide information about products and services Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently Maintain a professional, friendly, and empathetic attitude Cooperate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
Native or fluent level of German Good level of English (B1+ or higher) Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Previous experience in customer service is a plus EU passport or eligibility to work in Greece
