We're hiring German-speaking Customer Support Specialists open to relocating to Sofia, Bulgaria for this Multilingual Services role. You'll handle customer queries in a multilingual contact centre environment. Work model: On-Site.
Compensation: 1636.14 gross. Multiple start dates available across 02/Nov/26, 12/Oct/26, 21/Sep/26. Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad. Hybrid after 4 months for top performers, 1000 Euro signing bonus.
In this role, you'll answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat, keep accurate records of each interaction, and escalate more complex cases to the right team when needed. We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in German and are comfortable working in English day to day.
Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided. You can expect thorough initial training, continuous coaching from your team lead, and a clear path for career progression over time.
