Job DescriptionJoin a Global Medical Affairs team shaping the future of neurology. We're hiring a Global Medical Lead (m/f/d) to own the global medical strategy for an established neurology brand targeting Motor System Disorders, including post-stroke spasticity and cervical dystonia.\ NWorking cross-functionally and with international partners across 80+ countries, you'll drive scientific excellence, evidence generation, and high-impact medical initiatives that support portfolio growth. You'll report into the Head of Global Medical Affairs and play a central role in defining global priorities.\ NWhat you'll do
Define and execute the global medical strategy aligned to business objectives\ N Provide medical leadership across global, cross-functional stakeholders\ N Drive evidence generation (Phase IV, RWE, investigator-initiated studies)\ N Lead scientific exchange via congresses, advisory boards, and expert engagement\ N Build trusted relationships with KOLs, academic partners, and patient communities\ N Oversee publication planning and scientific communications\ N Deliver global medical education and training initiatives\ N Review/approve medical content and materials\ N Gather insights to continuously refine strategy and priorities\ N Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and quality standards\ N What we're lookingfor\ N MD, PhD, PharmD or equivalent advanced scientific degree\ N Proven expertise in thecreation and execution of Medical Affairs strategy within the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry (3+ Years experience in a Lead function)\ N Experience in Neurology/ Movement Disorders\ N Clear, confident communicator who can translate complex data for varied audiences\ N Collaborative, proactive, results-oriented approach\ N Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally (up to ~30%)\ N What's on offer\ N Purpose-led role improving patient quality of life\ N Global organisation with a flat hierarchy and respectful culture\ N Hybrid working model supporting work–life balance\ N Modern office setting with strong transport links and on-site amenities\ N Competitive compensation and strong benefits package (incl. employer-subsidised programs)\ N Interested?
