We are seeking Greek-speaking professionals to join our teams in Lisbon, Portugal . Two roles are available, both with accommodation included in the contract. No experience required! Role 1: Customer Service Representative (Greek + English) Location: Lisbon (on-site) Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, 08:00–17:00 or 09:00–18:00 (rotating shifts) Days Off: 2 rotating days per week Note: Schedule may later change to 24/7 rotating shifts
Requirements
Strong understanding of e-commerce products and services Excellent verbal and written communication skills Empathy and rational decision-making Ability to manage high contact volumes during peak periods Role 2: Content Moderator (Greek + English) Location: Lisbon (on-site) Working Hours: 24/7 – Monday to Sunday (rotating shifts) Days Off: 2 rotating days per week
Requirements
