Job DescriptionHead of Compliance\ NLocation: Frankfurt | Team: 5 – 7 direct reports\ NThe Opportunity:\ NOn behalf of our client, a leading international group, we are recruiting a Head of Compliance. This is a senior leadership role with genuine ownership: you'll run the corporate compliance framework and set the direction on human rights, anti-bribery and corruption (ABAC) and anti-money laundering (AML).\ NWe're looking for a fullyqualified lawyer who brings both private practice and in-house experience across more than one organisation.

That breadth matters. Equally important is a solid track record of building and leading teams.\ NWhat You'll Do:\ N Lead and develop a team of 5–7 compliance and legal professionals\ N Own the corporate compliance management system and keep improving it across the jurisdictions the business operates in\ N Drive the human rights agenda, including supply chain due diligence and the reporting that goes with it\ N Run the ABAC and AML programmes, from policy through to controls and monitoring\ N Advise senior management and the board on compliance and regulatory questions\ N Work closely with teamsacross the business to keep compliance practical and embedded in how people work\ N Manage relationships with regulators, external counsel and other key stakeholders\ N What You'll Bring:\ N Fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist, both state exams)\ N Experience across both consulting and in-house industry roles, ideally at more than one organisation\ N Strong knowledge of corporate compliance systems\ N Good grounding in humanrights topics, ABAC and AML\ N Experience leading a team\ N Confident dealing with senior stakeholders\ N Fluent German & English\ N
