Head of Operations, Berlin - Build a Space Company's German HQ From the Ground Up We're working with a rapidly scaling NewSpace company on a genuinely rare opportunity: the chance to build and own the operational backbone of their Berlin entity as they expand across Europe.
You won't need a space background. What you need is the confidence to run a country entity like it's your own business, facilities, compliance, people, local authorities, the lot, and the instinct to spot what's broken before anyone else does.
The job in short: You'll be Berlin's go-to person. Full ownership of day-to-day operations, direct line to top leadership and the company owner, and the autonomy to shape how the entity runs as it scales. You'll need: Operations or general management experience in manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, or deep-tech environment Fluent German and English Confidence navigating German regulatory, labour, and administrative territory A hands-on, get-it-done mindset, this isn't a role for delegators Nice to have, not

Experience standing up a foreign subsidiary in Germany Curiosity about the space industry (you'll pick the rest up fast) Backed by top-tier investors and growing fast across multiple European markets, this is early-stage-energy with the stability of serious funding behind it.
