Head of Procurement Germany Frankfurt am Main | Immediate start We are hiring on behalf of our international client in the services industry for a dynamic, service-driven Head of Procurement Germany to lead procurement in a global matrix organization and corporate environment.

Your Role As Head of Procurement Germany, you will take strategic and operational ownership of the entire German procurement function. You will manage supplier relationships, drive cost reduction initiatives, and confidently navigate the balance between global corporate directives and local business needs.

What You Bring Completed university degree (ideally in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field) Several years of leadership experience in procurement Proven track record in cost reduction and efficiency improvements Experience working in matrix organizations and corporate environments Fluent in English and German (business fluent / negotiation level) Service-oriented, energetic leadership style – a true enabler We Offer Competitive package: fixed + performance-based bonus High-profile international work environment Immediate impact in a critical leadership role Location: Frankfurt am Main (hybrid working models available)
