The Organisation Our client is an international manufacturing business operating within the chemical industry. The German site employs approximately 150 people and forms part of a broader international organization with operations across multiple countries.
As the business continues to grow and becomes increasingly integrated into a wider international structure, there is a need to strengthen the local HR capability and establish a more visible, business-focused HR function on site.
