IFS Service Management Architect – Germany Location: Germany Languages: German & English IT Works Recruitment Europe is partnering with a leading organisation to recruit an experienced IFS Service Management Architect to join their team in Germany.
The successful candidate will take responsibility for designing and delivering IFS Service Management solutions, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to improve service operations and field service processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IFS professional looking to take a senior role within a growing IFS environment.
Key responsibilities
Lead the architecture and design of IFS Service Management solutions Translate business requirements into effective IFS solutions Design and optimise end-to-end service management processes Lead IFS configuration and solution design activities Support integrations between IFS and surrounding applications Provide architectural guidance throughout implementation and testing Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams Identify opportunities to improve service operations through IFS
Requirements
Strong IFS Service Management / FSM experience Proven experience in IFS solution architecture or senior consulting Strong understanding of field service and service management processes Experience with IFS Cloud and integrations Fluent German and English Strong consulting, communication and stakeholder-management skills
