AVISOL GmbH in Griesheim is an owner-managed company that implements challenging infrastructure projects on the rail network and ensures that Deutsche Bahn’s construction projects are completed on time and safely. To ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, we are currently seeking a motivated IT generalist / system administrator (m/f/d) with a true “can-do” attitude.

Your Responsibilities

As an IT generalist and system administrator, you’ll keep our internal IT environment stable, secure, and up to date. You’ll serve as the central point of contact for our team and will be independently responsible for:

• Microsoft 365: Management of subscriptions, Admin Center, users, permissions, and licenses.
• ERP system: Maintenance, support, and point of contact for our enterprise software.
• Mobile Device Management (MDM): Management and administration of our mobile devices (company cell phones, laptops).
• Data Protection & IT Security: Support in implementing and complying with data protection regulations, backups, and access rights.
• Infrastructure & Support: Maintenance of hardware/software and networks, as well as fast, solution-oriented user support for everyday IT issues.

What You Bring to the Table

• Training or comparable practical experience: You have completed training in the IT field or have verifiable, practical professional experience in system administration (career changers with strong expertise are welcome!).
• Hands-on mindset: You’re curious, motivated to learn new topics, and take a pragmatic approach to tasks.
• Technical expertise: Proficiency with common operating systems, networks, and hardware components.
• Language Skills: Very good written and spoken German round out your profile.

Your First Few Months

You’ll familiarize yourself with our existing IT environment in a structured manner, gradually take on responsibility for managing our core systems (M365, ERP, MDM) and providing support, and work with us to optimize internal processes.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Attractive compensation between 42,000 and 56,000 EUR per year (depending on qualifications).
