To strengthen our IT team at our headquarters in Annweiler, we are looking for a

IT Systems Administrator & IT Support Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Administration of the server infrastructure, firewalls, and backup systems
• Installation and setup of end devices and systems
• Processing, prioritizing, and monitoring service requests via our ticket system
• Collaborating with external IT service providers on fault analysis and troubleshooting
• Documentation of IT systems, configurations, and technical solutions
• Participation in IT projects as well as in the continuous optimization and further development of our IT system landscape

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training or a comparable qualification in the IT field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the required field
• Self-organized, structured approach to work with a strong service orientation
• Flexibility, a strong commitment to quality, and the ability to work well in a team
• Strong communication skills when interacting with various internal and external contacts in German and English
