Job DescriptionLegal Counsel - Munich - Commercial Law - up to €100k fixed\ NAre you a commercial lawyer looking to take the next step in your career with an international technology business?\ NI'm currently working with a highly successful and fast-growing company that is seeking an In-House Counsel to join its legal team in Munich.
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with 2 PQE onwards, to gain broad exposure across commercial contracts, employment law, compliance, and strategic business matters within a truly international environment.\ NWhat You'll Be Doing \ N Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including SaaS, software licensing, service agreements, NDAs, and DPAs.\ N Advising business stakeholders across Sales, HR, Security, and Operations.\ N Supporting employment law matters and wider legal compliance initiatives.\ N Working closely with international teams across the EMEA region.\ N Helping drive legal process improvements within a dynamic, technology-focused business.\ N What We're LookingFor\ N German law degreewith at least the First State Examination (Erstes Staatsexamen).\ N At least two years legal experience gained in private practice and/or in-house.\ N Strong commercial contracting skills.\ N Fluent German and English.\ N A proactive, business-oriented mindset.\ N Interest in fashion or technology.\ N What's On Offer?\ N Base salary up to€100,000\ N Annual bonus based on company performance and profit (variable)\ N 28 days' holiday plus an additional week off between Christmas and New Year.\ N Hybrid working and flexible hours.\ N BahnCard and Deutschland Ticket.\ N Company pension scheme.\ N Gym membership contribution.\ N Centrally located Munich office close to Marienplatz.\ N Excellent internationalexposure and career development opportunities.\ N A genuinely collaborative and supportive company culture\ N
