Team Lead Logistics

The Role

We are looking for a hands-on logistics professional to build and lead the logistics function within a growing biopharmaceutical organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day warehouse and logistics operations, including goods receipt, storage, material movements and shipments. Ensure GMP compliance, material traceability, segregation and inventory accuracy. Manage logistics providers, freight forwarders and international shipments.

Develop SOPs, processes, KPIs and warehouse structures to support future growth. Support ERP/WMS implementation and digitalisation of logistics processes. Manage deviations and investigations relating to logistics activities.

Build, lead and develop the logistics team. Work closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality and Production. Profile: Several years' experience in logistics, warehousing or material management. Experience in pharma, biotech, medtech or another regulated industry is advantageous.

Previous leadership or team coordination experience. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control and material flows. ERP/WMS and international logistics experience is beneficial. Hands-on, structured and comfortable building processes from the ground up.
