MEP Construction Manager | Data Centre Project | Frankfurt Location: Frankfurt, Germany (Site-Based) Contract: Freelance | 12-Month Initial Contract (Extensions Highly Likely) Start Date: October 5th Language: English Required Project Overview We are supporting a leading Client on the delivery of a large-scale hyperscale data centre project in Frankfurt.
As the MEP Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of all mechanical and electrical packages, ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Working as part of a fast-paced project team, you will coordinate subcontractors, manage key interfaces across disciplines, and drive the project through construction, commissioning, and handover. Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of all MEP construction activities on site.
Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and commissioning subcontractors. Drive progress against programme milestones and project deadlines. Ensure effective coordination between MEP, CSA, and commissioning teams. Oversee installation of critical systems including HVAC, chilled water, LV/MV distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear, and associated infrastructure. Monitor quality, productivity, and health
