MSAT Senior Scientist

We are seeking an MSAT Scientist to support technology transfer, process validation, manufacturing support, and continuous improvement activities within a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Working cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, and external partners, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting product implementation and lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
Support technology transfer and new product introduction activities. Provide technical support to manufacturing operations. Participate in process validation, investigations, change controls, and CAPAs. Analyse manufacturing data and identify process improvement opportunities.
Prepare and review technical documentation, protocols, and reports. Collaborate with internal teams and external customers to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
Degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline. Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CDMO industry. Understanding of GMP manufacturing and pharmaceutical processes.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in technology transfer, process validation, manufacturing support, or process development is advantageous. If this role sounds interesting, please send your CV to sam.brown@discoverinternational.com.
