In this role we are looking for someone to support us in contract management and accounting.\ NAs an Officer IP ContractServices & Accounting you are responsible for recording and managing contracts relating to intellectual property.\ NMoreover, you are responsible for the financial processing of cooperation, licence and know-how agreements and carry out licence settlements independently.\ NYou prepare payment instructions and invoices in compliance with tax and accounting regulations.\ NIn addition, you liaise closely with our contractual partners, controlling units, the tax department, financial accounting and our patent department.\ NYou also validate IP-related incoming invoices and liaise with our business partners worldwide.\ NLastly, you create analyses and statistics and make them available to the team.\ NWHAT YOU OFFER successfully completed commercial training first professional experience in contract management experienced handling of common MS Office programmes and knowledge of SAP FI/CO effective communication in English, German would be a plus independent and structured way of working enjoy working in intercultural teams WHAT WE OFFER Gross annual salary (full-time): 35.000\ N
