We're looking for an experienced Training Manager to support learning, training, and workforce development initiatives across our logistics operations in Germany. Please note that this role is an ONSITE role. What You'll Do Design and deliver operational training programs Build onboarding and upskilling frameworks Develop certification and talent development pathways Create and maintain training materials and SOPs Support employee engagement and team culture initiatives Drive best practice sharing and operational excellence Partner closely with warehouse and business teams What We're Looking For Proven experience within the logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or transportation sector AEVO / AdA Trainer Certificate (Ausbildereignungsverordnung) is required Experience delivering operational or vocational training xfmxmju Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Fluent German and English Why Join Us?
