Currently, we are recruiting an Operations Manager (m/w/d) for an OSM / Prefabrication facility in Schönebeck, Germany.
Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations across the OSM / prefabrication facility. Manage production scheduling, labour planning, resources, and work-in-progress. Lead and develop the workshop supervision team.
Ensure production deadlines, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. Implement quality control and continuous improvement measures. Manage inventory and coordinate material requirements. Oversee equipment maintenance and operational performance.
Coordinate with internal departments and clients to ensure smooth project delivery. Identify and resolve production and operational issues. Requirements Minimum 5–7 years' experience in a similar Operations, Production, Manufacturing, or Workshop Management role.
Third-level qualification in Engineering, Construction, Production, Manufacturing, or a related discipline. Experience managing manufacturing, prefabrication, production, or workshop operations. Strong leadership, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with MRP systems. Working knowledge of mechanical plant, ventilation, process and high-purity pipework, and HVAC systems. Strong understanding of safety, quality, and industry regulations. Lean / Six Sigma experience is advantageous.
