Join us in Munich!\ NResponsibilities:\ N Coordination withexternal European patent law firms: selection, quality control, benchmarking\ N Managing patent prosecution and opposition proceedings at the European patent office and the German patent office\ N Participation in European patent litigation\ N Assisting in the European patent law training of Chinese patent engineers\ N Controlling the qualityof English-language patent application drafting\ N
Requirements
\ N At least 8 years'experience as a European patent attorney\ N Master's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, physics or related fields\ N English as a working language\ N Additional qualification as a German patent attorney highly welcome\ N Chinese language and culture proficiency highly welcome\ N Honesty, strong communication and coordination skills, strong self-motivation\ N
