PLM / PDM Systems Administrator (Autodesk Vault & Fusion Manage) Location: Remote (1 day per month on-site in Southern Germany) Contract: Freelance / Contract Rate: €100/hour (negotiable) Hours: 51.5 hours per week I'm supporting a leading engineering and manufacturing business looking for an experienced PLM / PDM Systems Administrator to manage and develop its engineering systems environment.
This role would suit someone who enjoys owning engineering applications, improving processes, and working closely with engineering, IT and business stakeholders. Key responsibilities Administer PDM and PLM systems, including Autodesk Vault and Fusion Manage Manage users, licences, roles and permissions Coordinate system updates, releases and governance Support integrations between engineering systems and ERP platforms Investigate and resolve system issues Deliver user onboarding and training Support workflow improvements and ongoing system development Work with internal teams and external partners to maintain a reliable engineering systems environment What we're looking for Experience administering Autodesk Vault (PDM) is essential Experience with Fusion Manage (PLM) or another PLM platform Understanding of CAD, PDM and PLM environments Experience supporting system integrations, ideally with ERP systems such as SAP Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills Fluent German and English Contract details Remote working One day per month on-site in Southern Germany €100/hour (negotiable) 51.5 hours per week 6-12 Month contract duration If you have experience managing engineering systems and are looking for your next contract, I'd be happy to discuss the opportunity in more detail.
