Fill Finish Production Supervisor We are recruiting for a Sterile Fill Finish Supervisor to oversee daily aseptic manufacturing activities within a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment. The role will lead production teams across filling, inspection, and packaging operations while ensuring compliance, safety, and production performance targets are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise sterile manufacturing and fill-finish operations. Lead and develop production operators and technicians. Ensure GMP compliance, batch execution, and documentation accuracy. Support deviation investigations, CAPAs, and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Validation, and Supply Chain teams.
Requirements
Degree in a scientific or engineering discipline. 4–8 years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience. 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience. Experience within sterile, aseptic, injectable, or fill-finish manufacturing. Working knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical production processes.
