NES Fircroft are currently recruiting for a Project Assistant for our client, who are a global, industry leader in power technology. Project Assistant Location: Berlin Temporary Employment Contract: 12-month initial contract The Project Assistant will play a vital role in the efficiency of our PMO.
You will be responsible for streamlining operational workflows, maintaining precise project data, and ensuring seamless communication across all project stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Operational Control & Tracking: o Manage the Invoice Control Sheet to ensure financial accuracy. o Create and maintain operational trackers to monitor project progress and KPIs. o Maintain and ensure proper categorization of shared Box folders to facilitate efficient document management. • Process Optimization: o Develop process flow charts to provide clear visualization of current workflows. o Identify bottlenecks and provide proposals for reducing PMO process overhead to improve team productivity. • Stakeholder & Project Coordination: o Provide rigorous follow-upand tracking of actions with various stakeholders across all projects. o Support the organization of meetings and workshops, including handling all logistics such as room and hotel bookings. • Reporting: o Actively participate in the preparation of reports for senior management, ensuring data accuracy and clarity.
Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business/Project Administration. Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of the Microsoft Office suite. Working knowledge of Smartsheet for project tracking and management.
