Role Overview Responsible for coordinating the delivery of data centre construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Working closely with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders, the Project Manager supports projects through construction, commissioning, and handover. Key Responsibilities Manage project activities across design, construction, commissioning, and handover.
Coordinate contractors, consultants, and vendors to achieve project milestones. Monitor programme, budget, quality, and project risks. Support site inspections, progress tracking, and issue resolution. Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and safety regulations.
Facilitate project meetings and provide regular stakeholder updates. Support commissioning activities and successful handover to operations. Skills & Experience 5+ years' experience delivering construction projects, ideally within data centres, mission-critical, or industrial environments.
Strong understanding of CSA and MEP systems. Experience managing contractors, schedules, budgets, and project risks. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in German and English.
