On behalf of one of our clients, a major player in Property Management, we are looking for a Property Manager to take charge of a portfolio of commercial real estate assets in Germany. Location: Germany (on-site) Start date: October 2026 Long-term assignment (with possibility of extension) Main
responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial real estate assets in Germany Act as the main point of contact for tenants, landlords and local stakeholders Coordinate on-site teams, suppliers and service providers Manage lease administration and tenant relationships Monitor budgets, service charges and operational performance Take part in the portfolio takeover phase (audits, site visits, document review) Produce regular operational reporting to owners Profile required: Proven experience in Commercial Property Management Experience managing office or tertiary assets Strong lease administration and stakeholder management skills Professional English (B2) required German required (local language) Knowledge of Yardi (or an equivalent software) would be appreciated Mandatory registration on to be considered for this assignment.
