Your Role: Leading the bid team before the start of the project and negotiating with the clients. Planning, execution and control of large SAP implementation and integration projects. Leading large project teams in complex projects with demanding customers.
Analysis of project-critical situations and identification of appropriate measures in the course of project turnaround management. Building and maintaining partnership-based customer relationships with the aim of high customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty. Supporting project managers through training and coaching. Skills
10+ years of experience in (multi-) project management, primarily in the area of SAP solutions and technologies; knowledge of the business of an IT service provider. Several years of experience in leading project teams with more than 25 employees; knowledge of motivating employees in all phases of a project.
Experience in early recognition of critical project situations and structured approach to problem solving. Confidence in dealing with and communicating at decision-making level. Vision and recognition of new business potential; initiative to develop further growth.
