Sea Freight Team Lead (Top 15 Freight Forwarder) Are you an Ocean Freight Team Lead looking to drive the expansion of a Top 15 global Freight Forwarder that is investing heavily in its sea freight operations? Do you have a hands-on mentality and the ambition to position yourself as the second-in-command to the Team Lead, playing a direct role in driving local branch growth while actively building and shaping your own team?

This is a strategic appointment for a professional who thrives in a high-impact environment. Operating with a flat hierarchy means decision-making is fast and effective, leaving behind corporate politics so you can focus on real leadership, operational excellence, and expanding the branch's footprint.

The position is designed for growth-oriented individuals, offering structured support to ensure a smooth transition into high-level leadership responsibilities. What the Company Offers You: Financial Package: Competitive salary up to €72,000 gross per annum (depending on experience).
