Job DescriptionIntegration of V93000 Semiconductor Test systems and services into customer’s environmentDevelopment, debug and optimization of SoC test solutions on V93000 platformDevelopment of required customer specific test SW and HW such as test methods, libraries, load boards and probe cardsManage the transfer of semiconductor products from design into high volume manufacturingCreate project plans for complex projects and track project completionConsult customer test engineers during development, debug, correlation and ramp-up of customer products on V93000 based test solutionsAbility to become part of customer’s business process and consulting on the customer’s decision process.

Delivery of customer trainings and workshopsCollect, evaluate and provide customer requirements for consideration in product improvements and new product developmentsJob RequirementsUniversity Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalentRelevant experience in semiconductor Test businessProven experience in SoC testing for HPC and/or mixed signal and/or RF ASICs.Demonstrated experience with Advantest V93000 tester platform (preferred)Demonstrated experience with C/C++ or Java programming language (preferred)Demonstrated experience in schematic and layout design of complex PCB boards (preferred)Good communication and presentation skills for internal as well as for customer facing activitiesAbility to lead projects / project management skillsAbility and motivation to work in project teams in a global environmentAbility to work with minimum supervision and to work under pressureDriver license and willing to travelFluent English (mandatory) and German language skillsJob DetailsJob Type: Full-timeCategory: Application Engineering
