Senior Application Support Engineer

IN SHORTOur team “Offer Management & Digital Channel” is responsible for the sales-oriented systems in which prospects become customers: CRM, customer portal, product configurator, and our own solution for the Sales Desk.

Here, offers for energy sales are created, finalized, and handed over to delivery. We are looking for a Senior Application Support Engineer (m/f/d) to help us shape the future of digital sales systems.WHAT WILL YOU DOOperation & further development of central systems Responsibility for the stable operation and further development of the product configurator as well as support of the CRM system and its interfaces.

Requirements & solution management Recording requirements together with business analysts and product owners and developing optimal technical solutions. Technical implementation & quality assurance Participation in development, testing, bug fixing, and monitoring as well as maintenance of the relevant documentation.

Service, incident & vendor management Handling incidents and service requests according to ITIL standards in ServiceNow and managing external service providers. Project work & agile further development Driving projects for the digitization and optimization of sales processes and implementation using agile methods such as SCRUM.WHAT WILL YOU BRINGCompleted studies in (business) informatics or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of professional experienceExperience in operating Java-based web applications and good SQL knowledgeKnowledge of test, change, incident, and problem managementFamiliarity with cloud technologies, especially AzureAnalytical, communicative, and team-oriented working styleExperience with agile methods such as SCRUM/KanbanExcellent German and English skillsABOUT USSEFE is an international energy company anchored in Europe, delivering energy solutions that ensure reliable and affordable supply.
