€80, 000 - €120, 000 I'm currently partnered with a global market leading manufacturing company based in Munich that is searching for a senior IT Procurement professional to join their team. Candidates should have 5+ years of IT procurement experience and hands-on experience with SAP, S/4HANA Ariba.

Main Responsibilities Lead and support strategic sourcing activities, taking projects from market analysis and supplier evaluation through to contract negotiation and award.
Serve as a trusted procurement advisor, guiding stakeholders on procurement best practices and delivering value-driven sourcing solutions. Manage a broad range of procurement initiatives, from supplier renewals to complex, high-value commercial negotiations.
Conduct market research, supplier benchmarking, and assessment activities to support informed business decisions. Develop and execute negotiation strategies that secure favourable commercial outcomes and sustainable supplier partnerships.
Analyse procurement data, identify improvement opportunities, and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency, value, and cost effectiveness. Support contract development activities, including commercial structuring, risk evaluation, and compliance reviews.
Collaborate closely with Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure procurement strategies align with organisational goals and priorities. Contribute to procurement transformation initiatives, driving process improvements, operational excellence, and effective change management.
Requirements 5+ years of IT procurement experience across hardware, software infrastructure, Data AI Demonstrated success in supplier negotiations, commercial management, and cost optimisation initiatives. Strong commercial acumen with a consulting-style approach, capable of analysing complex challenges and delivering practical, structured solutions.
A keen interest in technology, IT services, and emerging digital procurement trends. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strategic and solutions-focused mindset.
